Program details

Human Capital Management is one of the most important strategic priorities for companies in 2021 and beyond. 2020 has brought about significant changes in this arena.

Employees have experienced increased stress from the sudden and prolonged shifts in the workplace and uncertainty in the job market. As a result, employee well-being has taken on greater importance, being ranked as the top-ranked trend in the 2020 Deloitte Capital Trends Study. This impacts how both recruitment and retention of employees take shape. HR is in an ideal position to influence how these changes evolve across the employee lifecycle within your organization.

Join this trio of experts as they share trends for this new era in helping HR and other business leaders more effectively recruit and retain employees who choose to not only stay but contribute to the bottom line.
During this informative panel discussion, you’ll discover:
● Three common misconceptions about human capital management in this new era
● Critical actions for improving recruitment outcomes for both employers and candidates
● How fostering an environment of greater compassion and resilience can help set the stage toward enhanced employee well-being.
